Local, liquid sunshine from our friend Jill at Rustic Roots Farm in Dexter, just 5 miles away!
Spring raw honey is a lighter, milder flavored honey. It's harvested in the late spring and therefore has many of the earliest pollen from clover and early blooming trees.
100% raw, natural honey from Jill's 10 acre farm in Michigan. They have ~20 bee hives on our organic farm. Raw honey is straight from the source. It has not been altered in any way. It maintains all the good stuff: pollen, propolis, enzymes, vitamins, 18 different amino acids, protein, and rich in minerals and nutrients.
1 pound (16 oz) glass jar with a white, screw-on lid, full of spring, raw honey.
Rustic Roots' bees are managed naturally. The honey is good and tasty. It's influenced by white clover, beesmint, and many varieties of forest trees.
*Raw honey will naturally crystallize over time. You can continue using it in this crystallized form or choose to reheat it at less than 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Honey will never spoil. Honey should not be given to children under the age of one.
