Enrollment for our 2020 CSA will be opening soon!

If you have questions in the meantime, please e-mail us at: nokahomestead@gmail.com

Our CSA is designed to make sure that you get a wide variety of fresh & delicious local produce in a way that works best for you. We feature choices for share size and variety, as well as options for picking up your share.  The small scale of our farm and our membership (YOU) allows us to focus on quality and be flexible.  In considering which options might work best for you, feel free to visit our FAQ page for some more in-depth information before you sign up

The Veggie Lover's Share  (18 weeks, June - early Oct) is a perfect option for families and those who know they can handle the extra bounty.  This share receives all of your favorites go-tos along with a little more variety, including some produce a little off the beaten path.  This share should feed a family of 4, or a couple of die-hard locavores.

The number one complaint from CSA Subscribers is "too much food!" We want to offer single people, smaller families, and those who are just learning about CSAs a more approachable option.  The Beginner's Share  (18 weeks, June - early Oct) is filled with your favorite tried and true fruits and veggies in a manageable amount for a smaller household.

Click here for a list of the produce NOKA grows, broken down by season.

Both The Veggie Lover's Share and The Beginner's Share include access to U-Pick opportunities on the farm, discounted food preservation workshops, and the weekly CSA Newsletter, filled with recipes and information about NOKA, food, and farming.

This optional add-on is a further window into our homesteading lifestyle.   Throughout the season, we are not only eating fresh produce, but also preserving the bounty for our enjoyment (and sustenance) in the depths of Winter.  This add-on is a little different each season, depending on which crops we have in abundance. It includes canned goods like pickles and tomato sauce, as well as frozen fruits, pesto, herbal tinctures - possibly even artwork and music - and other surprises.  Those who choose this share will receive their goods throughout the season, in 8 -10 distributions.

We encourage everyone to visit the farm.  And it's our preferred method of distribution for the CSA (Wednesdays, 1 - 7pm).  However, we know it's not possible for everyone to make the trip each week. For a one-time fee of $50, we're happy to box up your share and deliver it to the Saturday Dexter Farmer's Market (8am - 1pm)
